The weapon will be upgraded through all zones, which means if you want to reach the Eureka or Physeos stage of your weapon, you have to upgrade it all the way through Anemos, Pagos, Pyros and Hydatos. When entering Eureka Pyros via Rodney, you will find yourself in the main encampment of this zone called Northpoint. Here you will unlock the next step of the Eureka Journey: Eureka Pyros. Once the story of Eureka Pagos has been completed, you will get the quest And We Shall Call It Pyros which leads you back to Rodney at Pier #1 in Kugane.
